Cancellation Policy
At Three Rivers Massage and Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. In order to maintain the quality of our care and respect the time of both our clients and therapists, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. In the event of a no-show, the FULL service fee will be charged. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that our therapists can continue to provide excellent care.
